Navy quarterback Blake Horvath was the big winner of one of the more anticipated Army Navy games in several years. Horvath passed for 107 yards and two scores, while rushing for 204 yards and two more to lead the Midshipmen to a 31-13 win over the No. 22-ranked Black Knights.
But Navy also featured two former WPIAL players who contributed to the Midshipmen attack. Mt. Lebanon graduates Alex Tecza and Eli Heidenreich both helped contribute to navy's win. Heidenreich caught a 52-yard touchdown pass in the second half.
Tecza had 24 rushing yards on eight carries and he also caught a pass for 31 yards.
